Our client is seeking a Manager, Social Media & Search Technology to support a global digital engagement team within a highly regulated industry. This individual will serve as a key contributor supporting social media and search technology operations, vendor management, platform administration, AI-enabled workflows, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate comes from an agency environment, has hands-on social and search experience, and can quickly contribute within a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
You Will:
• Manage day-to-day relationships with social media, search, and marketing technology vendors
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, renewals, compliance reviews, and platform governance activities
• Support platform administration, user provisioning, workflow configuration, and dashboard management
• Partner with legal, privacy, procurement, and information security teams on compliance initiatives
• Assist with AI and automation projects, including pilot programs and technology evaluations
• Support social media account launches, platform setup, and operational readiness for new initiatives
• Maintain documentation, workflows, SOPs, and governance processes
• Contribute to both paid and organic social media operations and search initiatives
• Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, technology, compliance, and business teams
You Have:
• 3-7+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, social media, search, or platform operations
• Agency experience supporting multiple clients, brands, or business stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of paid and organic social media channels
• Experience working with search marketing, search platforms, or search technologies
• Experience managing vendors, technology partners, or SaaS platforms
• Ability to work independently and contribute quickly with minimal ramp-up time
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with platforms such as Sprinklr, Meta, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, TikTok, or similar tools preferred
• Exposure to AI, automation, MarTech, or enterprise technology environments preferred
Logistics:
• Start Date/Duration: ASAP; expected engagement of 12+ months
• Hours/Week: 40 Hours/Week
• Onsite/Offsite: Hybrid; must be local to Indianapolis and able to work onsite 2-3 days per week

• Hourly Pay Rate: $50-55/Hour DOE
