Position Overview
MANN|MARK is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to support social media management, content organization, and marketing coordination across multiple client accounts.
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their experience in marketing, communications, social media, and public relations while gaining hands-on exposure in a boutique agency environment.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and excited about supporting meaningful work that impacts the community.
This position will primarily focus on social media execution and marketing support, with opportunities to grow into public relations and media support as the role develops.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Support
- Create and schedule social media content across multiple platforms
- Assist with content calendar planning and organization
- Draft captions and support social media engagement
- Resize, format, and organize graphics using Canva
- Help maintain consistent brand messaging and visual standards
- Monitor social media trends and platform updates
Marketing Coordination & Organization
- Organize marketing files, assets, and project materials
- Support newsletter and campaign coordination
- Assist with managing deadlines, schedules, and project timelines
- Help prepare marketing materials and presentations
- Provide administrative and operational support for client projects
Event & Community Support
- Occasionally assist with local events, interviews, or content capture
- Support behind-the-scenes coordination for campaigns and community initiatives
- Las Vegas-based candidates are preferred for occasional in-person support opportunities
Growth Opportunities
As the role develops, there may be opportunities to gain experience in:
- Public relations support
- Press release drafting and formatting
- Media outreach assistance
- Event promotion and communications
- Client communication support
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Interest in marketing, social media, communications, or public relations
- Familiarity with Canva and major social media platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Professional agency experience is a plus, but not required
- No college degree required
