Goedecke & Co., LLC, a boutique commercial real estate finance firm headquartered in Boston, is seeking a Marketing & Design Coordinator to build and manage our brand identity. At Goedecke & Co., LLC, we believe that our partnerships produce greater results for all. We work alongside our clients (lenders and borrowers alike), as an extension of their team, so that each real estate financing that we arrange supports the success of their portfolio as a whole. We are a seasoned company with a growing team focused on investing in our brand and the visual quality of our client and market-facing materials. As we ramp up for our new brand campaign, we're looking for someone early in their career to grow the brand identity with us from the ground up.
The Role
We're hiring a Marketing & Design Coordinator to help launch our new brand campaign, run our social media presence, and produce the graphic components of the loan request memoranda we send to lenders. This is a hybrid creative role split roughly in half between marketing and production design for our deal team. You'll get hands-on experience across brand strategy, content creation, and financing package design, with real ownership from day one.
What You'll Do
Brand & Marketing
- Support the rollout of our new brand campaign across channels, applying brand guidelines to everything we put out
- Manage our day-to-day social media presence (primarily LinkedIn), including drafting posts, building a content calendar, and engaging with our network
- Design marketing collateral such as one-pagers, case studies, email outreach, and event materials
- Help maintain a library of templates and reusable creative assets
- Track basic performance metrics for outreach and social and share what's working
Deal Materials
- Produce the visual elements of loan request memoranda, including cover pages, property and location overview sections, photo and map layouts, tenant profiles and sponsor bios
- Turn content and data provided by analysts into clean, lender-ready documents that reflect our brand standards
- Help build and maintain memorandum templates to make production faster and more consistent
- Coordinate with originators and associates to hit deal deadlines
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in design, marketing, or a related creative role; internships, freelance work, and strong personal projects all count
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- A portfolio or work samples showing an eye for layout, typography, and clean visual design
- Working knowledge of creative software such as InDesign, PowerPoint, and Canva
- Familiarity with WordPress, LinkedIn and an interest in B2B marketing
- Solid written communication skills and the ability to draft clear messaging
- Organized and dependable; comfortable juggling multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Strong interest in/eagerness to learn about the commercial real estate finance business
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
