We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support promotional initiatives and day-to-day campaign coordination for a team based in New York, New York. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creative execution with organized follow-through across digital and in-person marketing efforts. The role will contribute to audience engagement, campaign delivery, and brand visibility through email, social media, direct outreach, and event support.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate marketing projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, materials, and communication stay on track
• Assist with the creation, scheduling, and distribution of email outreach to support campaigns and audience engagement goals
• Help manage social media activity by preparing content, monitoring postings, and supporting campaign performance efforts
• Provide logistical support for events, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up activities
• Contribute to direct marketing initiatives by organizing campaign assets, tracking deliverables, and supporting outreach efforts
• Work with internal stakeholders to maintain consistency across marketing materials and promotional messaging
• Monitor ongoing marketing activities and compile updates to help the team evaluate progress and next steps
• Experience supporting email marketing initiatives and campaign coordination activities
• Familiarity with social media platforms and executing social media campaigns for business or brand promotion
• Ability to assist with event-related planning, organization, and on-site or virtual coordination
• Understanding of direct marketing concepts and the administrative support needed to execute campaigns effectively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working across teams and preparing marketing content
• Comfort using digital tools and systems to track tasks, schedules, and campaign materials
