Our client, a leading organization in the corporate sector, is seeking a
Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer to join their team. You will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting
global corporate enterprise-wide training initiatives. You'll create end‑to‑end training solutions from concept to final delivery. This role is ideal for someone who can take high‑level requirements and independently produce storyboards, role‑based training, long‑form videos, animations, and digital learning assets.
This role will support a
global corporate initiative impacting multiple business units, with a focus on building training and enablement resources that raise awareness and drive adoption. A key component of the role will include supporting the
launch of a new technology platform, requiring the ability to translate system functionality and new features into effective, engaging learning experiences.
Job Title: eLearning Developer
Location: 100% Remote
Pay Range: $30-$40 W2 (not eligible for visa or C2C)
What's the Job?
- Develop storyboards and training concepts from scratch based on SME input, process requirements, and system functionality
- Design and deliver role‑based training programs tailored to diverse global end‑user groups
- Create training and enablement content to support awareness and adoption of enterprise-wide initiatives
- Produce long‑form training videos, recorded demonstrations, and guided learning content for system and process rollouts
- Develop animations or motion‑graphic learning assets to simplify and visualize complex concepts and workflows
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of recent global corporate enterprise experience, preferably within the technology industry (not freelance or agency)
- Experience with global corporate enterprise-wide training rollouts
- Proficiency with at least one major authoring or media toolset (e.g., Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Proven experience in end‑to‑end instructional design and eLearning development
- Strong expertise in creating multimedia learning assets, including video, animation, and digital learning modules
- Experience developing role‑based learning journeys and training strategies for diverse audiences
- Hands-on experience supporting technology implementations, system rollouts, or new feature launches
