Amanda Uprichard is a NYC based Contemporary women's clothing brand. We are sold nationally and are also on ecommerce sites such as Revolve, Shopbop, Saks and Nordstroms. We are looking for a Designer to help us expand our product categories. This is a very tech pack focused freelance position. We are located in the NYC Garment Center.
Qualifications
-4-5 years experience in woven garments, and including cut and sew knits.
-Strong fashion sense, and understanding of the contemporary market
-Must be highly skilled at creating detailed and accurate overseas tech packs.
-Strong flat sketching ability.
-Understanding of construction, materials, fit, and how they work together.
-Clear communicator.
-Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
-Working knowledge of excel, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft office. Procreate a plus.
