Primary Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Graphic Designer to join our brand marketing creative team. The ideal candidate is a highly creative individual who welcomes the opportunity to design while driving process, work in a highly collaborative team environment, and embrace change as the brand grows and evolves. As a Graphic Designer, you will join a motivated team responsible for bringing the brand voice to life across every digital aspect of the business. The Graphic Designer will support the concept and execution of digital design campaigns for a wide array of print and digital projects with the greatest attention to detail. Additionally, you will design seasonal campaign assets following best practices in print and digital design. The ability to design and output print and digital artwork for mainline, outlet, websites, emails paid media, and print is essential as the Graphic Designer will create and build on various projects following job specifications.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency as a Graphic Designer to:
- Concept, design, and deliver design pixel perfect assets across site, email, paid media that reflect the brand strategy and brand design standards.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs translate seamlessly into responsive designs on mobile and desktop.
- Exceptional and elevated graphic design and typography skills and taste level.

- Maintain awareness of the latest trends in AI within graphic design, motion graphics, and digital design.
- Supports creative team in producing final digital file types for release and compression.
- Stays relevant creatively and technologically by researching current design trends.
- Supports the team with creative conceptualization and iteration for fully integrated digital campaigns for site, email, and paid media channels.
- Design well-thought-out journeys with cohesive storytelling elements across email, site, and paid media assets.
The accomplished individual will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS) in Graphic Design/Communication Design.
- 5+ years of Graphic Design experience with luxury, fashion, or beauty brands.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Expert knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Portfolio with a highly developed sense of typography and graphic design, strong composition, and an elevated design aesthetic.
- Ability to animate images, typography, and video footage in Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Ability to be self-sufficient and work on multiple projects ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail at every stage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with experience working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong and focused verbal and written correspondence with team members.
- Exceptional graphic design, composition, and typography skills and has an interest in luxury fashion, retail, brand advertising.
- Mature, self-motivated, detail-oriented, resourceful, and a problem solver.
- Collaborates and meets regularly with cross-functional partners: designers, copywriters, e-commerce team, and paid/email marketing team to ensure strategic objectives are met and align with designs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs translate seamlessly into responsive HTML/CSS across desktop and mobile.
- Knowledge and interest in digital design, print design, social media, and AI-powered creative tools for design and project management workflow optimization.
- Extensive understanding and experience with print production, digital design, and social media best practices.
- Highly adaptable and collaborative individual, well organized, strong multi-tasker, ability to take on multiple projects and works efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
