We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager (Contractor) to support lead generation and growth across the US market. This is a fixed‑term contract role through November 2026. It’s an individual contributor role for an experienced marketer who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, owning execution, and delivering measurable results.
You’ll have real ownership across key digital channels and work closely with Sales, Product, and Design. There’s no people management—this role is about doing the work, optimizing performance, and making an impact in a lean environment.
What You’ll Do
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across website, email, social, and paid channels to support lead generation and engagement
- Create and manage marketing content, including website pages, landing pages, emails, and social posts
- Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns and nurture programs using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a CRM similar platform
- Manage ongoing website updates and perform SEO optimization, including keyword research, on-page improvements, and content updates
- Execute organic and paid social campaigns, including sponsored posts
- Track and report on core performance metrics such as leads, conversions, traffic, and engagement
- Use performance data to optimize campaigns and continuously improve results
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Design to support marketing initiatives and lead flow
- Independently manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables in a contract environment
What you Bring:
- 5–10 years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience
- Strong execution experience across content, email, website, SEO, and social channels
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
- Comfortable working independently and owning campaigns end-to-end
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
