Senior Designer (Digital, UX/UI, Presentations, Adobe + Figma)
Type: Freelance contract, 40 hours per week
Location: Fully remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

We’re looking for a Senior Designer who can step in and contribute immediately across a wide range of creative work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both concepting and execution, has a strong eye for detail, and can move efficiently without sacrificing quality.
You’ll be working across digital, UX/UI, presentations, and print—so comfort switching between formats and priorities is important. We’re a collaborative, stakeholder-heavy environment, so clear communication and the ability to navigate feedback are key.
What you’ll work on
- Organic social content tailored by platform
- Presentation design (B2C, B2B, and large-format/MainStage)
- Digital advertising for paid social, display, and performance campaigns
- UX/UI design for websites and apps
- Print collateral including brochures, mailers, and sales materials
- Light photo retouching, light video editing, and simple illustration/icon work
Required
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere)
- Advanced Figma proficiency
- Strong PowerPoint and overall MS 365 skills
- Experience across digital design, presentation design, and UX/UI
- Strong eye for imagery, composition, color, and visual consistency
- Organized with solid file management and version control habits
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and evolving feedback
- Detail-oriented with a focus on producing clean, production-ready work
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of craft
- Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
- Online Portfolio Required
Nice to have
- Experience balancing minimal brand systems with performance-driven creative
- Background in luxury, hospitality, or travel
- Experience working within shared systems, templates, and structured workflows
- Strong communication skills and a thoughtful approach to feedback
