Role Overview:
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented person who can manage our social media presence while also handling client communication and bookings. This role blends creativity with organization—you’ll help grow our audience and ensure every inquiry turns into a smooth, professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Create and schedule posts for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Write engaging captions that reflect the Red Cloud Ranch brand
- Monitor comments and DMs, responding in a timely and professional manner
- Help grow our audience and engagement through consistent posting
Client Communication & Booking:
- Respond quickly to inquiries via email, website, and social media
- Schedule photo shoots and manage the booking calendar
- Send invoices and booking confirmations
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into bookings
Coordination & Admin:
- Keep all bookings, client details, and schedules organized
- Communicate clearly with clients and photographers
- Ensure all details for each shoot are confirmed ahead of time
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience managing social media accounts (Instagram required; TikTok/Pinterest a plus)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Responsive and reliable with follow-ups
- Comfortable managing schedules, bookings, and invoices
- Interest in photography, events, or lifestyle brands is a plus
Compensation:
- Part-time hourly or monthly rate (based on experience)
