Role Summary
We are seeking a Junior Motion Graphic Designer to support a consumer-facing mobile application and internal executive communications. This role plays a key part in delivering polished motion assets that enhance user experience and help leadership tell compelling stories. You will work closely with a creative team, executing motion designs quickly and accurately while learning within a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will focus on creating standard motion graphics for app and digital use, as well as assisting with ad hoc sizzle reels and short-form videos for executive presentations. Your work will directly support brand consistency and clear visual communication across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and update standard motion graphic assets for a consumer mobile app
• Assist with short-form sizzle reels and highlight videos for executive and internal presentations
• Animate supplied designs, layouts, and storyboards in alignment with brand guidelines
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Support basic video editing, transitions, and motion polish
• Manage multiple small projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Key Requirements
• 1 to 3 years of experience in motion graphics or video design, including internship or freelance work
• Working knowledge of motion design and animation fundamentals
• Experience animating within established brand guidelines and templates
• Proficiency with standard motion graphics or video editing tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and short-turn requests
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style

• Six month contract with strong potential for extension or conversion
• Five days onsite
• USC or GC required
• Portfolio or work samples required
