Bilingual Copywriter

Scope of Work
As a copywriter, you will write highly engaging campaign concepts that are relevant to French-Canadians living in Quebec. This role works closely with writers, art directors, and account teams on a project basis to ensure high-quality, on-brand work delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
- Write TV and radio scripts for client campaigns
- Translate and adapt copy from English to French and create French-first copy as needed
- Develop copy for web, print, and other client marketing materials
- Manage assigned projects and communicate proactively if timelines need adjustment
- Edit and update existing client materials when requested
- Participate in brainstorming for campaigns and concepts
- Proofread and quality-check all assigned work
- Learn and apply client brand standards and manufacturer guidelines
- Collaborate with art directors throughout the creative process
- Support projects through completion, including casting, production, and editing when applicable
Qualifications:
- 2 to 5+ years of professional copywriting experience
- Fluency in English and French, with experience writing for French-speaking audiences
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Experience writing for both traditional and digital media
- A full understanding of French-Canadian culture is a must
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and deadline-driven
