We are hiring for a Digital Media & Content Specialist to support social media, content, website updates, and marketing execution.

Job Description: The client is looking for a Digital Media & Content Specialist to support social media, content creation, website updates, SEO, and marketing execution. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, not strategy-only.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience
- Experience editing short-form video for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and carousel content (up to 1:45)
- Experience scheduling social media content (preferably using Buffer)
- Strong proofreading and content review skills
- Graphic design skills (must create eye-catching, high-converting social media graphics)
- Hashtag research experience - ability to research and apply relevant hashtags to improve reach, visibility, and engagement
- Copywriting ability - newsletters and blogs
- Media kit, portfolio, and presentation creation experience - ability to create polished materials that showcase work and results
- Lead generation awareness - understanding how content supports growth
- Experience with: WordPress and Squarespace
- SiteGround hosting (basic troubleshooting familiarity)
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Reliable and able to meet deadlines (including 24–48 hour turnaround when needed)
- Understanding of on-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, keywords)
- Understanding of off-page SEO (backlinks, authority building)
- Ability to support content-driven lead generation
- Ability to review and improve workflows and systems
- Experience working across multiple platforms and tools
- Ability to take direction and execute without step-by-step oversight
Who We Are Looking For
- This is not a role for someone brand new to digital media, content, or administrative work
- You should be comfortable working across multiple areas (content, design, SEO, and web updates)
- You should be able to take a task and own it from start to finish
- You should be available for sporadic weekend work (at least a week notice will be provided when weekend availability is needed).

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
