Responsibilities
- Lead concept development and visual direction for Beauty campaigns and launches.
- Oversee art direction for photography, video, print and digital executions.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
- Maintain and evolve the Beauty visual identity across seasonal and evergreen initiatives.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in art direction within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign development and premium product storytelling.
- Experience leading both still-life and on-figure photo shoots and working closely with photographers and stylists.
- Deep understanding of Beauty category trends and consumer behavior.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
