Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Design to develop and edit tech packs, documenting fit comments, specs and bill of materials.
- Lead/direct fit sessions on live models with cross-functional teams to evaluate garment fit, construction, and styling details.
- Measure and prep samples for fitting.
- Provide technical direction on corrective actions needed to meet brand fit standards, using written comments, sketches, and photos.
- Establish and maintain brand fit, spec, and construction consistency.
Requirements
- Strong background in wovens.
- Ability to communicate fit and balance issues effectively.
- Experience in launching domestic developed samples and creating tech packs for overseas styles.
- Proficient in issuing grading guidelines and reviewing grade rule changes.
- Strong email correspondence skills with overseas vendors. Church is not extolled
