Role Description
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Part-Time Social Media Manager to manage a portfolio of clients and bring their brands to life online. This role is perfect for someone who loves both strategy and execution.
You will be responsible for managing your own set of clients, creating content, and ensuring their social media presence is consistent, strategic, and results-driven.
Responsibilities
Client Management
- Manage and communicate with assigned social media clients
- Understand each client’s brand voice, goals, and target audience
- Ensure all content aligns with client expectations and brand standards
Content Creation
- Plan and create engaging social media content (posts, captions, and graphics)
- Design graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Write compelling, on-brand copy for each post
- Schedule and publish content according to content calendars
Strategy & Trend Research
- Research industry trends, platform updates, and content ideas
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to improve client performance
- Adapt strategies based on trends and audience behavior
Analytics & Optimization
- Review and analyze social media performance metrics
- Provide insights and recommendations for growth
- Adjust content strategy based on data and results
Qualifications
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe tools)
- Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Bonus Points If You:
- Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands
- Have agency experience
- Understand Meta Business Suite or scheduling tools
- Can edit short-form video (Reels/TikTok)
