Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role in Miami for a Tutor and Marketing Assistant. The individual will provide personalized tutoring sessions for the SAT, assist students in achieving their academic goals, and track their progress. In addition to tutoring, the role involves supporting the organization's marketing initiatives, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service to students and their families. The candidate will also assist in our SAT after-school program, managing clients/acquiring new clients, and social media development.
Qualifications
- Experience in market research to analyze trends in the education sector and contribute to strategic marketing plans.
- Expertise in Sales and Sales & Marketing to promote services and strengthen client relationships.
- Organizational and time-management skills to balance tutoring and marketing responsibilities.
- A passion for education, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
- This role requires a Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
