We’re looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer who’s equal parts trend-spotter, illustrator, graphic designer and idea machine. Someone who can move seamlessly from concept to production, designing everything from tattoo flash sheets to packaging to digital content, while keeping things fresh, relevant, and just a little unexpected.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the creative direction of our product lines, licensed collaborations, and more. Beyond the product, you’ll help evolve the brand across digital, social, and beyond—because great design doesn’t stop at the tattoo.
You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Production to bring ideas to life—from scrappy brainstorms to final, production-ready assets. If you love working on a team that’s fast-moving, collaborative, and genuinely fun to be part of, you’ll fit right in.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Support and evolve brand creative across digital platforms including website design, content creation, social media, and digital marketing initiatives

Lead the design and development of temporary tattoo collections, packaging, and branded assets across multiple product lines

Create original tattoo artwork, illustrations, and vector designs aligned with market trends and brand direction

Develop innovative concepts for licensed collections, seasonal collection, and new product development

Design packaging systems and visual merchandising for existing and future products

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute cohesive product strategies

Help to prepare production-ready files as needed

Create comps, mockups, and presentation materials for internal reviews and partners

Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and production schedules

Participate in creative reviews, quality control processes, and continuous product improvement Work with other designers and contribute to team development
Requirements:
Skills & Competencies

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Strong illustration and vector art capabilities (tattoo-style illustration a major plus)

Deep understanding of typography, branding, and visual storytelling

Knowledge of packaging design, materials, and production processes

Experience with trend research and translating trends into commercial product

Ability to think conceptually while executing with precision and detail

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong organizational and file management skills

3D or motion experience is a strong plus!
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or related field OR equivalent professional experience
Experience
-
2–3 years of experience in graphic design
(consumer products, fashion, beauty, or licensed goods preferred) -
Agency experience is a strong plus

Experience or interest in temporary tattoos, body art, or adjacent categories = even better
