Assignment Length: March 2026 – June 2026
Location: NYC (hybrid- 3 days in office)
Hours: 40 per week
Rate: $50-55/hr (DOE)
Core Responsibilities
- Lead paid social strategy and media planning, integrating data, research, and analytics into recommendations.
- Oversee end-to-end paid social campaign execution (set-up, targeting, optimization, pacing, QA, and reporting).
- Supervise RFP process, partner evaluations, proposal analysis, and negotiations with social platforms.
- Own learning agendas, testing plans, and performance analysis; translate large datasets into clear insights and actions.
- Act as day-to-day point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders; confidently present and sell-through ideas.
- Manage, coach, and develop junior team members, including performance feedback and skills training.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, investment, analytics, and other internal teams.
- Stay current on social platform trends, advanced targeting/retargeting, and paid social best practices.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on paid social media experience.
- Proven experience buying on Facebook and Instagram; additional social platforms strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, performance media, and advanced analytics.
- Comfort owning and managing social media budgets/investments.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience in a media/paid social team.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication; strong presenter with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Track record of effectively navigating cross-department relationships in a fast-paced environment.
