Key Responsibilities
Platform Management
Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Plan and maintain a weekly and monthly content calendar
Ensure consistency in visual language, storytelling, and tone
Content Strategy
Develop ideas for Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts
Identify trending formats, sounds, and cultural moments relevant to the brand
Translate product launches, campaigns, or announcements into engaging social content
Content Coordination
Work with editors, designers, or creators to execute content
Write captions and manage posting schedules
Maintain a consistent posting rhythm across platforms
Growth & Engagement
Monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement
Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth
Participate in community conversations where relevant
Analytics & Optimization
Track key metrics including engagement, reach, and follower growth
Provide monthly insights and performance reports
Continuously refine strategy based on performance data

Requirements
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ecosystems
Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or creator
Ability to identify and execute viral content formats
Strong sense of visual storytelling and digital culture
Familiarity with short-form video editing tools is a plus
