The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and execution of integrated digital campaigns across social and online platforms. This role partners closely with brand, creative, and paid media teams to drive audience growth, maintain brand voice, and ensure seamless campaign execution from intake through reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end digital campaigns (organic + paid), ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track
- Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, and request workflows
- Coordinate with creative teams on asset development (photo, video, short-form social content)
- Assist with content capture initiatives including lifestyle and product shoots
- Help manage external vendors and freelancers
- Track performance metrics and support reporting against brand KPIs
- Assist with budget tracking and spend allocations
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or social media coordination
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Understanding of paid and organic social strategy
- Experience with tools like Airtable, Smartsheets, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
