The Role: Strategic Client Partnership Leader
As our Social Media Account Manager, you'll be the strategic architect behind our client relationships, going far beyond day-to-day management to become a trusted advisor and growth catalyst. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, relationship building, and execution - perfect for someone who thrives on understanding unique client objectives and translating them into conversion-focused marketing strategies.
Each client is assigned a dedicated Social Media Account Manager who becomes devoted to their unique needs, business goals, and celebration-worthy success. You'll work within our collaborative team environment where we frequently brainstorm and collaborate to purposefully plan each client's up-leveled success.

Responsibilities Client Management and Strategy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring prompt response to client inquiries within 24 business hours.
- Conduct client meetings to comprehend their objectives and align strategies with their overarching goals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans tailored to each client's objectives.
- Analyze each client's platform to adjust strategies according to their specific needs.
- Schedule and prepare for all client meetings, understanding meeting objectives beforehand.
- Manage project workload and deadlines accordingly.
Client Content Development
- Create content calendars for each client platform.
- Generate engaging content aligned with client objectives.
- Source necessary content, including multimedia assets, for clients.
- Write captions in the brand voice for client posts.
- Schedule content distribution across various platforms.
- Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports capturing client content analytics.
Team Collaboration
- Attend team meetings and check-ins regularly, actively participating and contributing insights.
- Participate in team photoshoots to be used for company-branded content.
- Collaborate closely with Community Coordinators to ensure client goals are met and engagement efforts are effective for their clients.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings to contribute ideas for client campaigns and initiatives.
- Offer support to colleagues by sharing best practices, resources, and insights gained from client interactions.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment by actively engaging in team-building activities and initiatives.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members as assigned, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them integrate smoothly into their roles.
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, conveying client feedback, requests, and requirements effectively to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the team, contributing to the overall success of client projects.
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven experience in account management, preferably in a media agency or enterprise setting.
- Skilled communicator with proven experience developing and managing strong client relationships
- Collaborative growth mindset, excited to directly contribute ideas and insights to company success
- Proficiency across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc)
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate client needs and industry trends.
