Job Description:
The Marketing Assistant II will support client’s Commercial Demand-Side Management (DSM) program across five jurisdictions. This role is ideal for an early-career professional seeking hands‑on experience in the utility, energy efficiency, or regulatory space. The position blends communication, organization, customer interaction, and light program coordination within a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial DSM program by managing tasks related to rebate requests, program documentation, and marketing materials.
- Operate within Salesforce to review newly assigned tasks, gather missing information, and communicate with project team members.
- Review rebate submissions and route them to the appropriate rebate processing group.
- Update and maintain marketing materials for various DSM initiatives.
- Manage program inboxes and respond to internal and external customer inquiries.
- Attend weekly product team meetings to discuss program priorities and action plans.
- Collaborate with a team of approximately 12, split between high‑engagement programs and low‑touch prescriptive rebate processing.
- Coordinate across multiple internal departments to ensure accurate information flow and timely completion of tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to problem‑solve, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and within a team.
- Education required (degree or equivalent experience).
- Either early career experience or recent graduates encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within a utility, energy efficiency, regulatory, or customer service environment.
- Salesforce experience (nice to have).
- Familiarity with rebate programs or incentive processing.
