Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based out of Neshanic Station, NJ, with flexibility for remote work. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies across multiple client accounts, creating and optimizing platform content, and running campaigns that drive real brand visibility and engagement. Daily tasks include scheduling and publishing content, monitoring performance, engaging with audiences, pulling and interpreting analytics, and staying ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok for multiple clients
- Plan, create, and schedule content using Metricool — our primary social media management and analytics platform
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent) to accelerate content creation, caption writing, hashtag strategy, and campaign ideation
- Monitor performance metrics within Metricool and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Engage with audiences, respond to comments, and maintain brand voice consistently across all channels
- Stay current on platform updates, trending content formats, and emerging AI tools that improve workflow efficiency
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience with Metricool for scheduling, publishing, and reporting — or demonstrated proficiency with a comparable platform and the ability to learn Metricool quickly
- Active, confident use of AI tools as part of your daily content workflow
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across different brands and industries
- Proficiency in reading and acting on social media analytics — not just pulling numbers, but knowing what they mean
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Experience managing social media for businesses or brands (agency experience a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
