The Role
We are becoming the number one sensitive skincare brand on the planet. We need a Creative Director to own our visual and educational authority. You will be responsible for the Aesthetic of Trust, bridging the gap between advanced skin science and premium minimalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Sensitive Skin Authority: Define the visual narrative of sensitive skin. Establish how we visually represent high-performance, waterless solutions, ensuring we look like a sophisticated educational authority.
- The "Waterless" Educator: This is the core of the role. You must design the visual framework that explains the science of "Zero Water." You will create the ideas for infographics, motion graphics, and video styles that teach consumers that Water = Preservatives = Irritation. Your goal is to make The Nothing Else the undisputed educational authority on waterless skincare.
- Content & Campaign Direction: Lead the aesthetic strategy for all photography and video.
Qualifications
- Good Taste: A portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of minimalist, luxury, educational, or chic aesthetics.
- Empathy-Driven Design: You understand the psychology of the sensitive skin consumer.
- Storytelling Mastery: You can take a complex USP (waterless/preservative-free) and turn it into a simple, stunning visual narrative.
- Self-Managed: You can direct a vision from 30,000 feet and zoom into the pixel level when needed.
Compensation
- Rate: $50–$100 per hour (commensurate with portfolio) OR a flat monthly retainer of $3,000–$5,000.
- Milestone Bonuses: Project-based kickers for new product launches or brand refreshes.
- Growth Potential: Path to an equity-holding partnership as the brand scales.
