We're looking for a hungry, creative self-starter to join Neuroly as our first UGC Creator & Social Media Lead. This isn't a one-off content gig, this is a founding role. You'll start by creating authentic, face-forward content that connects with students on TikTok and Instagram, and grow into owning our entire organic social strategy, running UGC campaigns, and eventually building and leading a team of creators.

What You'll Do
- Create engaging, on-trend short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels)
- Test creative angles that resonate with college students and exam preppers
- Stay ahead of social media trends, sounds, and formats, and act on them fast
- Grow into managing content calendars, UGC campaigns, and organic marketing strategy
- Eventually recruit, manage, and lead a team of UGC creators
Who We're Looking For
- Current college student or recent grad who gets student life authentically
- Genuinely interested in AI, EdTech, studying, or productivity content
- Comfortable on camera and excited about face-forward content
- Up to date with TikTok trends, virality mechanics, and what makes content convert
- Scrappy, self-motivated, and excited to build something from the ground up
- No formal experience required: just drive, creativity, and a willingness to own it|
What You Get
