Role Description
This is a Freelance role to become our Art Director for the AIMEE brand. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who is passionate about crafting compelling narratives and visual experiences that resonate with our audience, driving our brand forward in the competitive handbag market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creative Vision and Direction: Lead the development and execution of innovative creative strategies that enhance brand identity and market presence. Create cohesive and impactful brand messages across all platforms.
- Shoot Conceptualization and Execution: Spearhead the conceptualization of photoshoots, including theme development, storyboard creation, BTS content, and artistic direction, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and goals.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure a unified and effective creative approach. Lead and inspire the creative team, fostering an environment of creativity and innovation.
- Agency and Partner Liaison: Serve as a creative point of contact for external agency partners, ensuring the delivery of authentic, quality paid social assets and creative materials that meet brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of current trends in social media, photography, and fashion to inform creative decisions and keep our brands at the forefront of the industry.
- Project Management: Oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed expectations. Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Proven experience in a creative leadership role, within the fashion, luxury, or related industries. A strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and creative projects.
- Creative Skills: Exceptional ability in graphic design, visual communication, and branding. Expertise in using design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a creative team. Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across various departments and with external partners.
- Trend Savvy: A keen eye for design, fashion trends, and social media innovations. Ability to incorporate contemporary trends into creative strategies.
- Communication: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies clearly.
- Adaptability: Highly adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects with varying complexities.
