Responsibilities
- Support the Design Team with ongoing packaging design needs.
- Create and refine dielines, print-ready mechanicals, backer cards, hangtags, labels, and other packaging assets.
- Ensure designs align with brand and retailer standards.
- Work directly with the Art Director, Project Managers, and Creative Team.
- Follow client style guides to maintain brand consistency.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional packaging design experience, preferably in accessories.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required); knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
- Experience producing accurate, production-ready artwork for factories and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on brand consistency. Proximity to NYC is preferred for eventual onsite support.
