A well-known global fashion brand recognized for trend-driven design, strong seasonal storytelling, and high-volume retail success is seeking a Freelance Accessories Designer to support their Accessories team. Requires hands-on accessories experience in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Create brand-right, commercial accessories aligned to seasonal strategy
- Execute detailed sketches, prototypes, and product specifications
- Present concepts and trend direction to internal leaders and cross-functional teams
- Partner closely with Merchandising and Product Development
- Conduct competitor research and market trend analysis
- Manage timelines and ensure flawless execution under tight deadlines
- Mentor junior design talent as needed
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years of accessories design experience (required)
- Strong commercial eye and product styling sensibility
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Experience with Centric PLM a plus
- Technical Design exposure a plus
- Team-oriented, proactive, and collaborative
