Responsibilities
- Design and develop seasonal outerwear collections from initial concept through production
- Create detailed technical sketches and CADs in Adobe Illustrator
- Build and manage tech packs and product data in Centric PLM
- Research trends, fabrications, trims, and construction techniques relevant to the outerwear market
- Ensure designs align with brand standards, cost targets, and calendar deadlines
Requirements
- 3+ years of outerwear design experience
- Strong Adobe Illustrator sketching skills (technical flats required)
- Hands-on experience with Centric PLM
- Deep understanding of outerwear construction, fabrics, and performance details
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple seasons simultaneously
