MATTE is looking for a
Freelance Senior Designer to join our team for a one-month engagement at full capacity. We need a highly conceptual, craft-forward designer who can plug in immediately and elevate active campaigns across digital, brand, experiential, and presentation work.
What You'll Do
- Lead design execution across digital, print, experiential, and pitch materials.
- Translate creative direction into high-fidelity, production-ready assets.
- Contribute to concept development and creative reviews.
- Support New Business decks and visual storytelling.
- Manage multiple fast-moving projects with autonomy and precision.
What You Bring
- 5+ years agency or studio experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and refined execution.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite + Figma skills.
- Excellent typography, layout, and presentation design ability.
- Ability to move quickly and operate at a senior level from day one.
Compensation: 10k-12k one month project fee
