We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Coordinator to own and grow our digital presence. Role Description
This is a contract position with some on site presence required, based in Glen Ellyn, IL. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content across social media platforms, developing strategic campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to support business growth.
Content Creation & Execution
• Plan and create 4+ weekly social posts across platforms and at least 2 weekly stories
• Film and capture studio moments, classes, events, and community highlights
• Design visual assets that align with the dripyoga brand aesthetic
• Write engaging captions in the dripyoga voice
• Coordinate with instructors and team members to capture timely content
Strategy & Growth
• Develop and execute growth strategies for Instagram and other channels
• Stay current on social trends, hashtags, and trending audio to maximize engagement
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
• Identify opportunities for giveaways, campaigns, and creative promotional initiatives
• Engage with the online community through comments, messages, and strategic interaction
Brand & Business Alignment
• Collaborate with leadership to support studio priorities through content
• Align posts with seasonal promotions, events, and business goals
• Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity
Qualifications
• Experience managing social media for a brand or strong personal account
• Strong visual eye and design skills using Canva or similar tools
• Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt to brand voice
• Comfortable filming and editing short form video content using tools such as CapCut
• Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative

Contract position
Combination of in studio content capture and remote planning work
Estimated weekly scope equivalent to approximately 10 to 15 hours, with the opportunity for expanded work as the role and studio needs grow.
