This is a full- time, temporary position, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role, for the right candidate.
Job Summary
The Marketing Assistant will create and distribute positive branding messages and collateral for the company’s products and services. You will provide administrative support, and perform related work as needed.
Primary responsibilities:
- Assist the marketing team with the creative development and production of marketing materials, print media and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Web Designer to maintain product inventory on the website.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements for all employees ensuring that we get the best cost for each ticket. Once the flight is booked, the traveler is emailed their final itinerary.
- Maintain a Travel Calendar showing everyone that is traveling and their arrival and departure times as well as cities.
- Perform all Marketing Department administrative tasks, including vendor management.
- Special projects assigned as needed, including providing assistance at special events.
Qualifications:
- Strong follow up skills required.
- Strong problemsolving and interpersonal skills required.
- Strong attention to detail required.
- Experience with travel arrangements a plus.
- Selfstarter with strong time management skills required.
- Photo editing and design software experience a plus.
