Our work is specific brand development and production, including brand creation, website design, social media management, and photo and video capture. While this role sits within our social media wing, the right person will be exposed to all elements of the business and collaborate across disciplines as projects evolve.
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager & Video Editor to support multiple brand accounts through consistent content execution, performance-driven iteration, and collaborative creative support. This role is ideal for someone who understands the balance between strategy and execution, and who enjoys staying curious, testing ideas, and refining content over time.
You’ll be responsible for managing social media across several accounts, ensuring content is executed with keen attention to detail and alignment to each brand’s voice and goals. In addition to social media management, this role may also include creative support for client deliverables, such as light web design updates or custom graphic and video assets.
Ideal Candidate- Has experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously
- Brings extremely strong video editing skills with premiere-level quality and attention to detail
- Understands what’s currently working on social platforms and enjoys researching, testing and iterating
- Is comfortable and experienced in directing, coaching or script writing to help pull the best out of client self-tapes
- Is organized, reliable, and comfortable managing a diverse creative workflow
- Is proficient in their preferred video editing software and Canva
- Communicates clearly and works well directly with team members and clients
- Is open to feedback and collaborative by nature
- Can commit to a consistent 4-hour daily work block, Monday–Friday mornings
- Is local to Arizona or Los Angeles
Key Responsibilities- Managing and maintaining social media accounts across multiple brands
- Scheduling, publishing, and optimizing content on a regular cadence
- Editing and producing high-quality video content for social platforms
- Designing graphics and visual assets as needed
- Monitoring performance and adjusting content based on engagement and reach
- Staying up to date on platform trends, updates, and best practices
- Script-writing and coaching on best content capture practices
- Supporting occasional client deliverables, including web design updates or creative assets
Bonus (Secondary) Qualifications Not required, but if are part of your skillset would be favored
- Web design experience
- Comfortable on camera
- Experience coaching or working directly with clients
- Photography and/or video production experience (behind the camera)
