Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Design to develop and edit tech packs, documenting fit comments, specs and bill of materials from start to finish of a product fit cycle.
- Lead/direct fit session on live model with cross-functional teams to evaluate garment fit, constructions and styling details.
- Measure and prep samples for fitting.
- Provide technical direction on corrective actions needed to bring samples to brand fit standards, utilizing written comments and sketches.
- Anticipate and resolve any potential pre-production and production problems during the fit process. Partner with vendors as necessary.
Requirements
- Strong background in wovens, knits, or active apparel.
- Ability to launch domestic developed samples and create tech packs for overseas styles.
- Establish and maintain brand fit, spec and construction consistency.
- Communicate effectively with vendors via email/zoom calls within tight timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain production schedules.
