Social Growth & Conversion Lead

Mission: To transform our social channels into a high-velocity organic growth engine that drives measurable revenue.
The Objective
We are looking for a Growth Lead to own our presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (LRB). You are responsible for stopping the scroll, building a cult following, and funneling that attention into sales. If you are comfortable with "slow and steady" growth or prioritize vanity metrics over ROI, this is not the role for you.
1. The Growth Engine (Organic Scale)
- High-Retention Content: Script, edit, and deploy short-form video designed for a 2-second pattern interrupt. You understand rapid growth and virality.
- Platform-Native Strategy: You do not "cross-post." You adapt content for the chaotic energy of TikTok, the aspirational sales funnel of Instagram, and the SEO-heavy, "community-review" style of Xiaohongshu.
- Algorithmic Agility: You stay ahead of 2026’s shifting algorithms. You know when to pivot from "trending audio" to "original storytelling" before the market saturates.
- Social SEO: You treat captions and transcripts as data. You will rank our content for high-intent keywords on TikTok Search and LRB Discovery.
2. The Conversion Machine (Sales)
- Content-to-Commerce Funnels: Design content pillars that move users from Discovery (Viral) to Trust (Educational) to Action (Sales).
- Active Engagement Loops: Manage the "Golden Hour"—engaging with comments in the first 60 minutes to trigger the algorithm and move high-intent users into DMs.
- Inbound Lead Gen: Implement Comment-to-DM workflows (using AI assistance) to ensure followers are promptly responded to.
- LRB Mastery: Build our Xiaohongshu presence to capture the research-heavy buyer’s journey.
3. Goals
- Velocity: 15–20% MoM organic follower growth (Minimum).
- Retention: 40%+ average watch time on short-form video.
- Efficiency: Maximizing output across 3 platforms within a designated weekly window using AI assistance and automation tools.
Candidate Requirements
- Proof of Scale: You must show a portfolio of accounts you have taken from stagnation to explosive growth.
- High-Speed Production: Mastery of CapCut, AI-video tools, and high-retention editing.
- Direct-Response Copywriting: You write captions that make people stop, save, and buy.
- Platform Fluent: You can explain the specific difference in user psychology between a TikTok scroller and an LRB researcher.
