About the Role
An established creative team is looking for a part-time contractor to support the growth of two unique apparel brands — one in the outdoor lifestyle space and the other in heritage workwear.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly creative, organized, self-driven, and experienced in social media strategy, content creation, and campaign support. You'll work directly alongside a Brand & Content Manager and serve as a right-hand partner on all things social and marketing — from brainstorming and shooting content to helping plan photoshoots, coordinating events, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
This is not a beginner role. We’re looking for someone who already knows how to execute, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings strong initiative and ideas to the table. The position starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time.
What You’ll Be Doing
Social Media & Content Creation
- Plan and execute content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other emerging platforms
- Write copy that’s engaging, on-brand, and performance-driven
- Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
- Participate in and support live shopping content on TikTok Shop and other channels
- Jump in on platform engagement when needed — comments, trends, audio, and more
Brand Marketing Support
- Assist with photoshoots: help with planning, location scouting, prop sourcing, and day-of coordination
- Support campaign and seasonal content rollouts
- Help plan and work brand events, collaborations, and retail activations (occasional travel required)
- Provide day-to-day support to the Brand Manager to keep all moving pieces on track
Influencer & Affiliate Coordination
- Help identify influencers and creators aligned with brand goals
- Assist in campaign seeding, follow-ups, and content tracking
- Coordinate with internal team to ensure packages and communication are sent out on time
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in social media, digital content, or brand marketing
- Hands-on content creation experience — you know how to capture and edit content that performs
- Confident on camera or directing talent, especially for live shopping and video content
- Proactive, fast-moving, and solution-oriented — you figure things out
- Great writer with a sharp eye for brand tone and storytelling
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Agorapulse, CapCut, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Bonus if you’ve worked in lifestyle, outdoor, fashion, or retail spaces
Time Commitment
- Part-time contractor (approx. 20-25 hours/week to start)
- Work from home Fridays
- Potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance
