Lau Marketing is a digital marketing firm helping small businesses scale through proven and measurable digital marketing strategies. We’re looking for a creative and organized Part-Time Organic Social Media Coordinator to help grow our brand presence across key social platforms. This role focuses on organic (non-paid) social media. This includes but not limited to creating engaging content, maintaining a consistent posting schedule, and building meaningful connections with our audience.

Role Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule organic social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Write compelling captions that align with brand voice and marketing goals
- Coordinate basic graphics, photos, and short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories)
- Monitor comments and messages; engage with followers in a timely, on-brand manner
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and provide monthly insights
- Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
Skills Required For This Role:
- 1–3 years of experience managing organic social media accounts (professional or freelance)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
- Basic graphic or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
This is a freelance part-time role. Pay will depend on experience. Looking for candidates in Orlando market. It will be a primarily remote position with occasional on-site meetings . Fully remote available to right candidate.
