About the Role
We’re hiring a GoHighLevel CRM Lead who can own day-to-day CRM operations while also supporting social media execution. This role starts as a contractor position, with strong potential to convert into a full-time role based on performance and fit.
This position is hybrid — while some work can be done remotely, the candidate must live in the Salt Lake City area and be available for in-person collaboration as needed.
ResponsibilitiesGoHighLevel CRM / Automation (Primary)
- Build and manage GoHighLevel workflows, triggers, automations, and pipelines
- Set up and maintain:
- calendars + appointment booking flows
- forms/surveys + lead capture assets
- email/SMS campaigns and follow-up sequences
- pipelines, stages, and opportunity management
- Troubleshoot and resolve:
- workflow failures / trigger issues
- lead routing problems
- tagging + segmentation errors
- Maintain CRM hygiene:
- tagging systems, custom fields, contact organization
- duplicate cleanup and database structure
- Assist with onboarding new client accounts into GoHighLevel
- Weekly reporting on leads, booked calls, pipeline movement
Social Media Support (Secondary)
- Assist with content coordination + scheduling
- Schedule/publish posts across IG/FB/TikTok/LinkedIn using team workflows
- Maintain content calendar + project/task tracking
- Light community support (respond/escalate as directed)
- Support repurposing content (captions, formatting, hashtags, clip posting)
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
- Ability to build workflows and automations independently
- Comfortable managing:
- pipelines + opportunities
- campaigns + sequences
- calendars + forms
- tags/custom fields systems
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Clear communicator, consistent follow-through
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Agency experience supporting multiple client accounts
- Zapier / Make.com integration experience
- Canva + CapCut familiarity
- Experience improving lead follow-up sequences (SMS/email)
- Understanding of lead conversion + appointment booking optimization
