Role Overview
Creative Parlor Agency is seeking a highly organized, creative, and self-motivated Social Media Coordinator who is well-versed in content creation, social media execution, and marketing support. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the creative and operational sides of social media and can manage multiple client accounts with confidence and attention to detail.
This is not a beginner role. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, execute efficiently, and create content that aligns with brand goals.
Content Creation & Creative Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas for client campaigns.
- Create short-form video and photo content for social media platforms.
- Design simple, on-brand graphics using Canva.
- Assist with planning, organizing, and executing content shoots (photo & video).
- Support on-set production to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality output.
Social Media Management
- Write engaging, on-brand captions tailored to each platform.
- Schedule posts across social media platforms using approved scheduling tools.
- Create and manage social media content calendars and sales calendars.
- Monitor engagement and flag performance insights or opportunities.
Project & Operations Support
- Upload finalized content to Dropbox and maintain organized client folders.
- Help manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Update project management tools with task progress and deadlines.
- Communicate proactively with the internal team regarding status, needs, or blockers.
Qualifications- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (LinkedIn a plus).
- Comfortable creating and editing content (video + photo).
- Proficient in Canva, Cap-cut
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines without micromanagement.
- Experience working with agencies, brands, or multiple accounts preferred.
