Relationspot is Hiring!: A Social Media, AI & Email Content Coordinator (Part-Time / Contract)

Relationspot is seeking a hands-on content creator and coordinator to support our Social Media Lead and execute content for our one-of-a-kind organization, and neurodivergent-affirming community.
You’ll create posts across social media platforms, edit short-form video, use AI tools to repurpose content, write and format e-blasts, and schedule content across platforms. Strategy is provided. This role is focused on execution, consistency, and follow-through.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience creating engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok
- Fluent in AI tools and digital marketing trends, with a keen awareness of emerging technologies.
- Strong written and communication skills and experience creating newsletters/eblasts
- Experienced and confident with creating content on Canva
- Self-starter who works well independently, while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Creative thinker with flexibility, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Passion for inclusion and experience with neurodiverse, neurodivergent, or ASD communities is a strong plus.
What You'll Do
- Implement social media strategy and content calendar in partnership with Social Media Lead
- Create and post content, including stories and interactive posts, regularly across platforms.
- Collaborate with team members to integrate events, initiatives, and organizational updates into social media plans AND weekly eblasts / newsletters
- Monitor accounts, respond to messages, and maintain high engagement with followers.
- Research trends, follow peer organizations, share relevant content, and help grow online presence.
- Contribute creative ideas to elevate campaigns and support broader organizational goals.
