We’re hiring a PPC / Paid Media Specialist who can own campaign execution from start to finish and go beyond surface-level metrics to drive business outcomes.
Role Overview
You’ll manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. This is a hands-on role focused on performance. You’ll handle everything from campaign setup to reporting, collaborating closely with creative and strategy teams to improve results consistently.
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, actively tests, and makes data-informed decisions to improve performance week over week.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Structure campaigns based on funnel strategy and business goals
- Monitor and optimize performance daily
- Analyze data to identify trends, drop-offs, and opportunities
- Collaborate with creative teams on ad concepts and iterations
- Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and landing pages
- Maintain accurate tracking through pixels, conversion APIs, and events
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal and client use
- Troubleshoot issues related to attribution, tracking, or ad delivery
- Communicate patiently with clients and team members about necessary changes to strategy and outcomes
Requirements
- 2+ years managing paid media campaigns (agency or in-house)
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Proven ability to optimize for leads and revenue
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts at once
- Solid analytical skills and clear communication
- Experience with service-based businesses is a plus
- Familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking, and CRM integrations preferred

Compensation
