Chalonne is a Los Angeles–based luxury Apple Watch band brand, handcrafted in France and rooted in quiet luxury, storytelling, and refined craftsmanship. We are looking for a part-time Operations & Marketing Assistant to help support our growing brand.
THE JOB
We are looking for Part-Time Operations & Marketing Assistant who is interested in working in the fashion/accessories/e-commerce industry to support the Founder. This is a part-time position to start, 15-20 hours per week, with the potential to evolve into a full-time position for the right candidate.
This position will include day-to-day admin as well as assisting in various aspects of the business including marketing, research, product fulfillment and customer service. The position is an opportunity to work closely with (and learn from) a seasoned entrepreneur and mentor as well as learning various aspects of how to run a business.
Hours: 15–20 hours/week
Location: Los Angeles (hybrid)
Pay: $25–$35/hour
Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities:
· Operations
o Package and ship customer orders
o Pick up and drop off packages
o Prepare influencer & PR shipments
o Manage inventory
o Restock packaging supplies
· Marketing
o Small website updates (will include on the job Shopify training)
o Content creation
o Event logistics support which might include occasional weekend work
o Marketing materials prep
· Influencer Support
o Maintain and grow influencer CRM
o Send outreach emails (templates provided)
o Assist with light social media tasks
· Admin & Customer Care
o Respond to simple customer service requests
o Help coordinate small marketing tasks
o General admin support for the founder, including managing meeting schedules, travel, etc.
o Communications with vendors
o Database & One Drive updates

Location
The company is headquartered in West Los Angeles, California. We are looking for Los Angeles area candidates within commuting distance of the UCLA/Bel-Air area since on-site work is required at least two days a week.
