Our projects are all highly structured and use teams made up of remote consultants who are domain experts. Consultants are compensated based on expertise and experience. Quire pays a premium of 25% - 40% above market on average to ensure the best talent.

Staffing & Talent Sourcing Coordinator
You will act as a sourcing and staffing engine across multiple active and upcoming roles (e.g., social media contractors, admin coordinators, researchers, data specialists, creative designers). Working closely with leadership, you will identify talent quickly, build candidate pipelines, coordinate early screening alignment, and help ensure Quire is never slowed by lack of staffing capacity.
This is not a passive HR coordinator role — you will actively hunt, source, and surface qualified candidates fast. You will be responsible for keeping momentum high, particularly when primary staffers (e.g., existing freelance recruiters) are unavailable.
Quire will pay a premium rate for an individual who works autonomously, responds rapidly, understands urgency, and demonstrates strong judgment in candidate selection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Research & Sourcing:
Actively source high-fit candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, niche communities, Slack groups, and freelance platforms. Prioritize sourcing for key categories (including but not limited to): Social media & content marketing contractors, Administrative and coordination support roles, Project-based researchers & analysts, Entry-level creative/design freelancers, Data support contractors
- Screening, Evaluation & Alignment
Rapidly review applicant pools and identify top candidates based on defined criteria and brand alignment. Assess tone, professionalism, responsiveness, and execution capability (especially for social/content roles). Highlight candidates demonstrating speed, consistency, and long-term freelance viability
- Coordination & Pipeline Management
Present 4–6 strong profiles per role with clear rationale, summaries, links, and initial notes. Track pipeline speed and responsiveness; follow up proactively. Prepare candidate summaries for leadership review (role fit, availability, rate expectations, strengths/risks).
- Execution & Responsiveness
Work on short timelines — roles may need sourcing within 48–72 hours. Keep leadership informed on sourcing progress; flag gaps early. Operate as a reliable secondary sourcing engine while senior staffers are multitasking or unavailable.
KPIs:
- 3–5 high-fit candidates surfaced per active role within 1–2 days
- 100% follow-through on sourcing cycles until filled
- Strong pattern recognition for who “fits” Quire’s voice, pace, and standard
- Maintains communication speed and urgency comparable to internal pace
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience in talent sourcing, staffing coordination, recruiting support, or freelance team-building
- Demonstrated success sourcing contractors or freelancers (marketing, admin, creative, research, or tech roles)
- Strong research instincts and comfort sourcing in niche or unconventional channels
- Capable of assessing fit from limited early signals
- Operates quickly, tracks details, and provides structured candidate briefs
- Strong written communication and presentation of candidate evaluations
- Ability to work efficiently with senior leaders and project teams
COMPENSATION (CONTRACT)
- Compensation for this role is based on experience and ranges from $35 to $45 per hour, with a potential for a higher scale based on more complex creative work. We will pay a premium for candidates with extensive experience.

Selected candidates will undergo a skills test and personality assessment to ensure alignment with the role and our company culture.
