Are you obsessed with TikTok and IG Reels? Love being on camera and turning ideas into scroll-stopping content? Join The Pao Creative — a women-owned media company making viral content for brands like Homesick Candles, Bevvie, QALO and MiHigh.
We’re looking for part-time freelance creators who can film AND edit short-form videos with a creative, trend-forward touch. This role is remote, flexible, and ideal for creators with strong on-camera presence, a solid at-home filming setup, and killer editing instincts.
What You’ll Do
- Film content at home (or on-site in one of our major cities like LA or NY)
- Draft creative, high-quality short-form videos & photo-carousels
- Add transitions, effects, and trend-inspired edits—not just basic cuts
- Upload footage + drafts on time and communicate clearly with the team
You’re a Fit If You...
- Have an iPhone 14+ and a clean, well-lit filming space
- Are comfortable on camera
- Can commit to at least 5+ hours/month
- Are highly organized and reliable with deadlines
- Know how to make content that feels native to IG + TikTok
Pay: $30–$50/hr depending on experience
