The Opportunity
We’re looking for a part-time Graphic Designer who can contribute to our Creative team for up to 20 hours a week, by helping elevate our brand and create clean, compelling visual assets across channels as we move upmarket to larger, more sophisticated clients. This role will work closely with the Director of Marketing & Growth and our leadership team to turn briefs, call transcripts, and rough ideas into polished, on-brand creative that feels “higher tier” and consistent across all touchpoints.
What You'll Do
1. Design on-brand assets for:
- Organic and paid social (LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Meta)
- Sales collateral and one-pagers (PDFs, leave-behinds)
- eBooks and guides (multi-page, text heavy layouts)
- Flyers, postcards, and event collateral (booth handouts, signage)
- Simple digital promotions and offer graphics (Email headers, banners)
2. Build and maintain a consistent visual system using existing brand guidelines (colors, type, iconography) and suggest thoughtful improvements where needed.
3. Take written briefs, Loom videos, and transcripts and translate them into clear visual stories with strong hierarchy and readability.
4. Prepare final files for use in email (HubSpot), web (WordPress), and social channels.
5. Iterate quickly based on feedback, proposing design options when direction is ambiguous.
6. Organize and label files and templates on the shared Marketing Drive so they’re easy for the team to reuse.
What We’re Looking For
1. 2–4+ years of design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
2. Strong portfolio showing:
- Social media graphics for B2B or e-commerce brands
- Multi-page layouts (eBooks, decks, one-pagers)
- Clean, modern marketing collateral (not just social templates)
3. Proficiency with:
- Canva (must be fast and highly comfortable)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator + InDesign required; Photoshop a plus)
- Figma (or willing to learn)
4. Solid grasp of typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy. Our designs need to look polished and “enterprise ready,” not generic or rushed.
5. Comfortable working from both detailed and loose briefs, and proactive about asking clarifying questions instead of waiting for perfect direction.
6. High attention to detail and ability to self-review work before sending.
