About The Role
As the
Digital Marketing Specialist – Creator Collective & Affiliate, you will play a key role in expanding and optimizing our Creator Collective and Affiliate programs. You’ll be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new partners, driving engagement and sales, and delivering targeted communications, content, and incentives that support program growth.
In this role, you’ll also lead the sourcing and casting of high-performing creators for Paid Social opportunities and provide regular reporting on overall program health and individual partner performance. A solid background in affiliate marketing and paid social, as well as a complete understanding of attribution, affiliate networks, and influencer marketing, is needed for this role, with a minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience required.
Collaboration will be central to your success. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure creator and affiliate initiatives align with brand goals and broader marketing strategies. You will report directly to our Creator Program Lead, executing against the outlined “Direct - Creator Collective” strategy while also providing support for the Affiliate channel. You’ll partner closely with the Paid Social team to deliver UGC content for use in paid advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities - Direct Program Support (Creator)
- Connect with Merch leads to align on how we can best surface these insights to creators
- Testing ways to validate the performance of regional personalization as we look to scale to other markets
- Working closely with Paid Social in H2 to align on strategy for International expansion
- Working with agency partner to identify signals for top-quality leads, and test various strategies to recruit and engage these creators
- Leveraging tactics tested in H1 to recruit quality International creators in H2 (to align with International expansion for Paid)
- Attending various internal meetings with cross-functional teams to stay closely connected to full-funnel activations and key moments across Marketing
- Liaising with cross-functional teams to align on multi-channel campaign opportunities supported across Direct (in-house creator program), InDirect (LTK, ShopMy, etc.), and Paid (Ads on TikTok, Pin, YT, and Meta).
- Working closely with International leads to determine market-specific considerations
- High-touch recruitment:
- Indirect Program Support (Creator)
- Working with the Indirect Program leads to identifying and evaluating new network opportunities
- Managing back and forth with creators (internal emails, ShopMy inbox, etc.)
- Track campaign creator gift card redemptions and purchases
- Supporting the Indirect lead in executing incentives, placements, promotional exposure, and publishing coupon codes across our Indirect networks.
- Including submitting requests from the Brand design team for collateral support
- Responsible for supporting ongoing relationships with key InDirect influencer networks, inclusive but not limited to: LTK, ShopMy, Collective Voice, Youtube Shopping, etc.
- Analytics + Legal team Support (Affiliate + Creator)
- Liaise with our internal analytics and legal partner to surface needs across both teams and help to prioritize work streams
- Affiliate Program Support (Affiliate)
- Manage sourcing content from Mass Media Partners to utilize in Paid Social campaigns
- Support in Giveaway/Contest management (ie, Mother’s Day/ Holiday Incentives)
- Braze Support (Affiliate & Creator)
- Coordinating monthly calls with internal partners to align on our email content calendar and find efficiencies between Affiliate & Creator teams for email marketing sends
- Supporting eng. Team in building audiences and campaigns in Braze
- Reviewing email previews in the Braze interface prior to deployment
- Paid Social Support (Paid Social)
- Source and cast top-performing creators for TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Meta Ads in partnership with our agency
- Identify and vet creators based on historical performance data, emerging trends, and platform insights
- Stay deeply attuned to social media culture, trends, and viral content opportunities
- Manage creator relationships from outreach to execution, including negotiation, contracts, gifting, and creative briefing
- Collaborate closely with the Paid Social Lead to align on the campaign calendar and ensure a continuous flow of fresh, high-quality content for paid ads each quarter
- Building relationships with creators in core International markets for Q2 Paid expansion efforts
- Coordinate with Paid Social to execute paid opportunities within Partner Hub
- Lead our content sourcing efforts and manage creator collaborations across TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Meta. This role will work closely with our Paid Social team to ensure a steady pipeline of engaging, high-performing content for paid media campaigns

- Hybrid in Brooklyn, NY
