About the Role
We’re looking for a nimble, fast-moving Social Media Coordinator to support content creation and planning across several client accounts. This part-time, remote contractor role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience who loves producing a high volume of quality content and can adapt quickly to the (often unpredictable!) rhythm of nonprofit work.
You’ll draft and schedule content, support community management, track basic analytics, and help keep campaigns moving smoothly. We move quickly, clients sometimes shift direction — and we need someone who can roll with it and respond with ease.
Bonus, not required: experience with paid ads, audience targeting, or simple campaign funnels.
What You’ll Do
• Create on-brand posts, reels, graphics, and captions
• Build and maintain monthly content calendars
• Support community management and light client communication
• Monitor metrics and flag insights
• Assist with campaign planning and coordination
• Collaborate closely with our account team to meet deadlines and deliverables
What You Bring
• 2–3 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
• Comfortable being flexible and responsive with nonprofit clients
• Familiarity with social analytics and performance tracking
• Experience with mission-driven or nonprofit organizations is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications preferred but not required
