About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & E-Commerce Specialist to help grow our online presence — particularly on Instagram — and manage our Etsy shop. This is an in-person role based in Van Nuys, CA.
The ideal candidate has experience with social media strategy, product photography (especially jewelry or small items), and online marketplaces. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand’s digital voice and connecting with our community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow our Instagram following and engagement.
- Plan Instagram Live sessions and other promotional activities.
- Photograph jewelry pieces and create high-quality listings for Etsy and social media.
- Write engaging product descriptions and captions.
- Maintain consistent branding, tone, and visual style across all platforms.
- Track analytics and performance metrics to improve results.
Experience
- Experience managing Instagram and Etsy accounts.
- Strong photography and styling skills — jewelry experience a plus.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of online sales, keywords, and marketplace best practices.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative.
- Interest in jewelry, crystals, or design is a plus!
