About Us
Essensuate Psychology Group is a San Francisco Bay Area-based mental health practice operating at the intersection of transpersonal psychology, culture, and experiential medicine. We offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, integrative psychotherapy, workshops, and executive consulting, creating healing spaces where clients align with their authentic nature.
The Role
We're seeking a Growth Marketing Associate who can independently manage our digital marketing engine across multiple platforms. You'll own referral outreach, email campaigns, social media scheduling, content repurposing, and ad strategy—all while maintaining our brand voice in the wellness and psychedelic therapy space. This role combines strategic marketing with hands-on execution. You're comfortable working autonomously, juggling multiple campaigns, and collaborating with a clinical team.
Core Responsibilities
Referral Growth & Pipeline Expansion
- Own outreach to upstream and downstream partners (pain clinics, addiction centers, oncology, integrative care practices)
- Maintain and update referral tracking spreadsheet
- Coordinate with supervisees to support referral conversion
- Promote new partnerships on social media
Offer Promotion & Enrollment
- Create and manage lead-nurturing email campaigns in Mailchimp
- Leverage existing content to promote active offerings
- Coordinate consistent social posting schedule using Later or similar tools (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Organize Mailchimp audience segments and push targeted content with offers
Ad Strategy & Traffic Generation
- Launch and monitor Google Ads campaigns
- Test targeting based on audience type and California service areas
- Track and optimize ad performance
Content Repurposing & Distribution
- Transform long-form content (essays, interviews) into SEO blog posts and social carousels
- Schedule and distribute content across:
- LinkedIn (thought leadership)
- Instagram and Facebook (service offerings and team highlights)
- Optimize all content for SEO and lead capture
Systems & Workflow Implementation
- Build repeatable posting workflows
- Organize and manage content library (Notion, blog drafts, testimonials)
- Track key metrics: ad results, clickthrough rates, list growth, enrollments
What We're Looking For
Required Experience:
- WordPress management and updates
- Mailchimp (email campaigns and audience segmentation)
- Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) for business
- Canva or similar design tools
- Basic ad targeting and analytics (Google Ads preferred)
- Notion or similar project management tools
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Luma (event platform)
- Familiarity with SimplePractice (practice management software)
- Understanding of SEO best practices

Compensation & Details
- Rate: $25/hour
- Hours: 10 hours per week (flexible schedule)
- Location: Remote within California (for tax purposes)
- Contract: 3-month freelance contract with potential to expand for the right fit
- Start Date: Rolling/immediate availability preferred
